Contact Shhhh, We Can't Tell You. One thing companies often forget today is that thier clients may sometimes need to contact them directly. At SWCTY, we want our clients to know they can reach us, when they can, and the best way to do so.
Like many online companies, SWCTY prefers to be contacted by e-mail. We understand, however that it is sometimes nescessary to speak with us on the phone. Regardless of your method of contact, our response time will be within 24 hours (On usual business days) or within the first few hours of the next business day. For emergency situations, like our server is not responding, leave a phone message and we will do everything we can to fix the problem that day (Even if it's Christmas Eve!)
