50 - 74 miles $75
Loan documents can be completed at a borrowers address for the following costs which are to include, document printing (2 copies), notarizations, and delivery to the designated office or courrier.
First set, up to 2 signers $150
Additional set in same signing, up to 2 signers $50 per set
Additional signer $50 per signer
Pages in excess of 125 there will be a printing fee of $0.12 per page (2 copies).
